I have a few records about the Honesty side. There is a book called Mining the Past put out by Silvermines Historical Society in 2020. The chapter called The Stamp of Honesty discusses some of the family history as told by my cousin Girlie Ryan (RIP). She mentions that her grandmother, Bridget, was a Ryan Herd and grandfather, Paddy, was a Ryan Honesty. Honesty is also mentioned on a family gravestone in the Kilboy (Dolla) cemetery and on a relative's baptismal record from Silvermines Parish Church (about 1846). I have the book and a picture of the gravestone, but not sure if I can attach it here.
My family is Ryan Honesty from Bolingbrook, Silvermines Tipperary. Paddy Ryan Honesty married Bridget Ryan Herd (from Mucklin) in 1881 in Silvermines church.
